I finally unpacked the last of my moving boxes a few weekends ago and I have been so excited to put my life together. I purchased a new dinnerware set months ago to replace my $20 Ikea set that I had been using and there is nothing more beautiful than a gorgeous plate set on my new dining room table!
I decided to go with the 5-Piece Fiesta Dinnerware Set in Cobalt which turned out to be this beautiful navy blue – and we all know, I can’t resist anything navy. Here’s how my navy blue tablescape turned out!
I’m desperately holding onto the last of summer with my navy blue set up. I’m not giving into autumnal colors just yet! I’m clinging to my white marble, navy blue, and natural jute tones of summer for just a few more weeks.
I found the blue and white floral vase/utensil holder and small tray at Home Goods – and sadly I have no idea what brand they are or what store they originally came from! But they resemble other Italian Deruta ceramics pieces I’ve seen. My guess is they’re from an old Sur la Table collection, maybe. Which is the bad thing about shopping constantly at Home Goods because you can’t get more from the collection if it’s not there on the shelf? But let’s be real, I will always love Home Goods…maybe a bit too much… 😉
It is the end of summer though and I’m already on the hunt for some plaid placemats and some warmer toned-pieces to get in the fallen state of mind!
