Look out 2019, here I come with some new…lipsticks! I’ve found what I think is the best drugstore pink lipstick and the best part is, it costs under $10 to complete the look!

I’ll admit, I’m a bit of a lipstick addict – I love trying out new shades and formulas and finding what works best for me! Nude shades, or anything à la the Kardashians is guaranteed to be a fail for me, and I love deep reds but they always make me look paler than a ghost.

So, I’ve stetted on pink lipsticks and I have found the perfect lipstick/lip liner duo that – wait for it – costs under $10! Get out your wallet because this is the best drugstore pink lipstick you need to stock up on!

// First, I line my lips with the Milani Lipliner in Spice . I’ve heard that this is a dupe for Spice Lip Pencil by MAC and I can see why it’s a staple for so many beauty bloggers! It’s the perfect, natural lip shade and I love it because it’s a little darker and more brown-toned than my lipsticks and by making the outer edges of my lips appear darker, overall they look a little more pouty and full.

Don’t judge me for this, but I do slightly over line my top lip. In real life, my lips are unbalanced. I had a severe underbite as a child and had to have braces to correct it – which meant slowly pushing my jaw forward and making my lower lip larger, over time. So, I always give a little extra lip liner to my upper lip to even things out.

// Second, apply a swipe of New-D Seduction by Essence. Then I blot with a tissue and apply a second light layer of lipstick.

If you like things a little fancier, I also love Mehr by MAC. It’s not a dupe for New-D Seduction since it has more pink and is a more matte formula, but it’s another one of my go-to pink lipsticks. And, if you’re going for the boujee on a budget look, you can snag the MAC Mehr mini lipstick for just $10!

Just how I love my pink lipsticks, I also love my neutral eyeshadows! Check out my guide on some of the best neutral eyeshadows and eyeshadow palettes you can find at the drugstore – don’t miss out!

Wow Kelly, nice job! I feel the same way you do – love a bold red but I can’t pull it off because of my skin tone. Pink is always best on me. I am absolutely adding these to my Ulta Cart. I have heard great things about Essence and the price cannot be beat. I have had a Milani lipliner and lipstick before and liked them both. Can’t wait to give them a try!

Let me know how you like them if you end up buying a few! Essence is one of those underdogs at the drugstore – I bought a gel liner by Essence the other day and I love it!
