How to Prepare for Holiday Guests
It’s the holiday season! The holidays are filled with many things: glad tidings, yule time and…guests. Whether you’re a guest in someone else’s house or your hosting festivities of your own, there’s always a lot to prepare for. Today’s post is going to be on how to prepare for holiday guests-the easy and fast guide. To get my guest bedroom ready I’ve chosen to decorate the nightstand with all the essentials my guests will need, while making it look festive! Here’s how to prepare for your guests this holiday season:

How to Prepare for Holiday Guests
STEP 1
Start by collecting some holiday decor. I went with a gold and black theme for this nightstand and I think it worked out well! I bought a gold sequin holiday tree, a lace picture frame, a beautiful gold ceramic bowl, tea light holder, and a gold tray.

STEP 2
Go buy some essentials you think your guests will need. I chose the following:

-Botttle of Smartwater to keep my guests hydrated!
-Canister of Lysol wipes to keep the germs away-Lysol kills 99.9% of bacteria on soft surfaces so I always like to have a can on hand!
-Premium Saltine Crackers for a late night snack or to calm any sore tummies.
-HALLS cough drops to soothe those sore throats or nagging coughs that everyone seems to get around the holidays
-Kleenex box because these are a must have during the winter season. Enough said.

And last but not least, don’t forget to give your guests the wifi password! It’s all about making a home away from home for your guests so I love to complete my arrangements with a little frame with a wifi password printable.

So I picked up these five essentials at my local CVS and they’re actually running a special starting 11/15 through the end of the week where if you spend $15, you’ll get $5 in extracare bucks-definitely a good way- you can find your local store here.

I’d love to know, what’s your number one tip to prepare for holiday guests? If you’re still stuck, you can find some other ideas here!
