As I get older I’m realizing more and more that the holiday season means it’s time for vacation! So whether you or a loved one is jetting off for the holidays, here’s how to create the perfect vacation prep gift basket for the traveler in your life! I combined the essentials of what you need to turn winter skin into tan perfection, whether it’s over the holidays or the upcoming spring break season. Here’s how to make your own DIY vacation prep gift:
Get some travel friendly jars and fill them with the essentials for getting your skin vacation ready: body scrubs, lotions, tanning liquids, etc. You can even make your own for an even more personalized gift! I filled up mine with my favorite body lotion, it’s incredibly moisturizing and necessary if I want to clear up any dry skin for the beach!
STEP 2 Add a pretty beach towel to your basket! Beach towels are a great way to get excited for a vacation and I absolutely adore this mint green and white striped towel, it just screams “get me to the beach”!
Prep your skin with a Flash&Go! This is a system that leads to permanent hair removal, all without the hassle of shaving, waxing, etc. It’s easy to use and is a light based technology that permanently removes hair after just a few sessions! I do my treatments about every two weeks and after two-three sessions is when you should start to see results. Just be careful while using this-use proper eye protection from the light technology and it’s best for those with light skin and dark hair and is not for those with darker skin. Here’s the kit mine came with:
This goes with step one, but if you don’t want to fill up the jars with lotions or body scrubs, you can also fill them with some other travel essentials like an eye mask or face mask, all to go with the travel preparation theme!
I found mine at Kohl’s in the “high-tech beauty” section!
I’d love to know, what are you including in your gift baskets this holiday season? Don’t forget to check out Flash&Go and see if it’s perfect for the traveler in your life!
