For those who know don’t know me in real life, I’m one of those crazy people who’s always on the move and doing a different form of job. I work an internship, freelance, blog, and soon-to-be Etsy shop for design stuff. So in short, I’m uber busy! Here’s how I keep track of my life and make sure I don’t miss anything.
I have a ton of journals, but I only use one at a time to write down notes, things not to forget, grocery shopping lists, etc. I always keep it in my bag so I find that it’s handy to whip out and jot down a few things. I’ve been saved quite a few times at the grocery store with this!

I’m not big into using calendar apps for my phone because it’s always dying or I don’t have it in a meeting with me or something. This “Weekly To-Do” from May Books is adorable-love the turquoise chevron print and it gives lots of space in the inside to write down your appointments for the week.

At one point I had 3 different journals to organize thoughts between all of my activities, but I’ve since started using Trello, an online task manager. I tried some different ones out but Trello is definitely the one I like the best. It’s free, first of all, and you can create different boards, like Pinterest, to organize tasks and even share them with others. It’s the first thing I open up every morning when I turn on my computer so I can definitely say it’s something I use! And it’s available as an app too so I love that it’s synced across all my devices!
