Products that ARE worth the hype!
With all the beauty products on the shelves nowadays it’s hard to know which are truly worth investing in-so here’s a sample from my collection of products that I think are worth the hype the get!
Biore Deep Cleansing Pore Strips
The regular pore strips from Biore aren’t bad but my favorite are the deep cleansing because they’re infused with anti-acne oils and are larger in size than the regular strips. If you’re going to rip a nose pore strip off your face, these definitely make it worth the pain!
Maybelline Color Tattoos
Nothing is going to last on your eyelids all day-that’s just a fact. But, these cream shadows from Maybelline are pretty long lasting and at the least, they provide a good base for powder shadows.
Eyes Lips Face Studio Blushes
Everyone hates on e.l.f. a lot for being cheaper quality for a cheaper price, but I find their $3 Studio blushes to be a drugstore steal! They come in a wide variety of shades, have great packaging, and are sheer to start but easily buildable. Another reason why I love these-it’s nearly impossible to overdo it & look like a clown.

China Glaze Nail Polishes
If there was one “salon” nail polish brand to get it would be China Glaze! I only have a few of these but I absolutely love them-so pigmented & the formula is great.
Maybelline Baby Lips
For $2.99, these little pops of color that look like a preteen would hoard them (I’m not the biggest fan of the packaging) have some fantastic shades. Pink Pop is my favorite for summer and I’m dying to get my hands on the limited edition Electro collection.
NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils
Speaking of easy colored bases, I love the NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils. They do crease easily on me (I have super oily eyelids) so you definitely have to use an additional primer, but the color payoff is beautiful.
