Sunday’s are my favorite day of the week again – since the start of this year has been a little difficult for me in many aspects of my life, I’ve been looking forward to the weekends more than ever. All the fun things I get to do with friends and family on the weekend has become my main motivation to just get up and do it on Monday so that I can get through the week. So if you’ve been having a rough month at all lately, just know that you’re not alone! I’ve been looking forward to lots of little projects on the weekends, from DIYs to organizing to shopping and giving myself something to look forward to is a lot of motivation to get through the week.

Coffee is one of the most iconic parts of American culture. There’s just something about starting your day with a cup of Joe, just the way you like it. I think I can smell coffee in my sleep sometimes, that’s how much I appreciate a good cup! Personally, I make mine with a shot of espresso, 1/2 cup boiling water, two creamers and a sugar – if it sounds intense, that’s because it is! Making my morning coffee (or coffees) is the best part of waking up for me and it’s about to get a little bit better!

There’s a few secrets to this method of madness!
