Sundays are my favorite day of the week. There’s something comforting about a new week, like a new year, that I get the chance to restart and refresh for a whole new week. I try to save Sundays as a day to catch up and relax. Most of my Sundays are spent relaxing, catching up on cleaning and blog work and usually baking a delicious dessert to start the week out with. This week I chose my favorite cookie recipe but with a twist! I changed up the traditional cookies and milk recipe with some delicious, warm ingredients that make it perfect to share with a cup of milk, and my milk of choice this week is a2 Whole Milk!

If you’ve been reading the blog for a while, you’ll know that I’m on a strict allergy-free diet which means no gluten, peanuts or soy among other things. I use a gluten-free flour mix and serve my cookies with a2 Whole Milk to avoid any tummy troubles!
I love sharing milk and cookies with my guests, it’s the perfect thing everyone can enjoy and bond over. But I try to be mindful of any dietary issues my guests may have, especially since I have so many, which is why I always serve a2 Milk – it only comes from specially selected a2 cows, whose milk is naturally free of the A1 protein, therefore causing less tummy troubles. It’s a real replacement to all over-processed milk alternatives (like nut or bean milks!) and a2 Milk® Company™ has even partnered with U.S. family dairy farmers in upstate New York and the Midwest to expand the a2 line.
Being able to enjoy all foods without any tummy troubles is very important to me when entertaining guests and this is the perfect recipe and milk to make sure everyone can enjoy themselves and not let dairy sensitivities get in their way!
I hope you enjoy the my favorite cookie recipe!
