Being a college student and being gluten-free is hard. I can’t tell you how many times I just want to pull over to that Hungry Howies on the drive home and chow down on a $5 pizza (sidebar that’s happened, it wasn’t a good idea!), so while I can’t have most of the delicious foods college kids eat, I have found a few staple snacks that I always have on me for those late-night stress cravings!
// Backpack Snackers Chocolate Chip Macaroons
These are Yummy with a capital ‘Y’! Dairy, soy & nut-free always makes for a delicious cookie and these make a great light snack.
// Enjoy Life Double Chocolate Cookies
Man, these are my go-to cookies for when you just need some chocolate. It’s the right combo of crunch and chocolate and better yet, I always see these with coupons on the outside to save a buck or two.
// The Gluten Free Bar
I just started buying these and they’re my new favorite snack bar to throw in my bag! They’re not too wet or dry and have a good selection of flavors to choose from. These are vegan, non-GMO, soy-free, dairy-free, and gluten free-I have a ton of food allergies so I’m happy that these bars are so free of a lot of the top 8 allergens!
