I found these at in the travel items section at my Walmart and I’m never without a vial! Use Advil tablets for headaches, minor arthritis and other joint pain, muscle aches and pains of the common cold. I always get stress headaches or those nasty headaches if you don’t get enough sleep-so if you’re been up all night, it’s best to calm your head and your mind with a tablet!
PSA to the world part 2: if you’ve been up all night, please carry one of these! I look for ones that are specifically for stress or things like that because chances are if I’ve been up all night studying, I’m pretty stressed!
CHAPSTICK TOTAL HYDRATION
Chapped lips drive me insane, especially if I’m tired or stressed. Total Hydration is 100% natural and will renew your lips-this is a staple in my kit during winter time!
So that’s everything I keep in my morning recuperation kit! I keep mine in the glovebox of my car because you never know when school, work or life will keep you up all night and these items are definitely essentials for me, now!
