FORMULA
The formula is creamy and smooth on almost all of these shadows. There are two, third and eighth from the left in the swatches above, that the formula is pretty poor-as in chalky, chunky and crappy. But, for the rest of the shadows it’s an average drugstore eyeshadow formula. Not the best, but certainly far from the worst!
PIGMENTATION
The darker shades in this palette are very rich and pigmented, but the mattes could definitely be improved upon.
VALUE
You get 10 eyeshadows for $10 so definitely a good value.
And in case you’re curious, here’s how the shade selection compares to the L’Oreal La Palette Nude 1, another popular drugstore neutrals palette that retails for $20:

I think Elf has really been upping their game lately! It looks very similar to the L’Oreal one that was launched recently! Great quality for the price!

These two palettes are very similar-but the elf one is at an unbeatable price!
I’d been wondering about this palette! Reminds me a lot of the original Naked palette colors and looks great for the price!

LOVE elf products. Haven’t tried this palette yet but I’m particularly drawn to them because they’re cruelty free and keep their prices affordable!
