My Must-Have Spring Beauty Pick: the ELF Blush Palette
This just gets me so excited for spring-the shades are fresh and light and a delightful change from my usual dark matte blushes in winter. And the best part about this palette is that you get four blushes for only $6-no, that’s not a typo! I’ve been finding these in little elf kiosks around town so definitely take a look at your local Walmart/Target/college bookstore (according to Nouveau Cheap!) to see if you can snag one of these little beauties!
Top left: matte baby pink
Top right: matte peach with soft brown undertones
Bottom left: matte light fuchsia
Bottom right: watermelon pink with gold glitter
My favorite shade by far of this palette is the matte peach/orange/brown shade. It’s actually perfect for contouring. I have fairer skin so most bronzers/contours are too orange and deep to look natural, but this looks soft and bronzing when I use it under the back of my cheekbones.
Overall the formula on these is fantastic. I have a few of the single studio blushes but I think the ones in this palette are even better-they’re more pigmented and less chalky. The wear time is about the same, though, these fade on me after about 5-6 hours.
For just $6, I say this is a fantastic buy. Especially if you travel a lot and you need a few quick options for blush, this little ELF blush palette is a great pick!
I’d love to know what you think, have you tried these? Let me know in the comments below!
